Az-Zumar 39:26
Verse 26 of 75
فَاَذَاقَهُمُ اللّٰهُ الْخِزْیَ فِی الْحَیٰوةِ الدُّنْیَا ۚ وَلَعَذَابُ الْاٰخِرَةِ اَكْبَرُ ۘ لَوْ كَانُوْا یَعْلَمُوْنَ ۟
ترجمہ
پھر اللہ نے ان کو دنیا ہی کی زندگی میں رسوائی کا مزہ چکھایا، اور آخرت کا عذاب تو اس سے شدید تر ہے، کاش یہ لوگ جانتے
English translation
So Allah made them taste degradation in the life of this world, and certainly the chastisement of the Hereafter will be much more grievous. Would that they knew!
