Al-Baqarah 2:155
Verse 155 of 286
وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ بِشَیْءٍ مِّنَ الْخَوْفِ وَالْجُوْعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ الْاَمْوَالِ وَالْاَنْفُسِ وَالثَّمَرٰتِ ؕ وَبَشِّرِ الصّٰبِرِیْنَ ۟ۙ
ترجمہ
اور ہم ضرور تمہیں خوف و خطر، فاقہ کشی، جان و مال کے نقصانات اور آمدنیوں کے گھاٹے میں مبتلا کر کے تمہاری آزمائش کریں گے
English translation
We shall certainly test you by afflicting you with fear, hunger, loss of properties and lives and fruits. Give glad tidings, then, to those who remain patient;
